It is important that you follow these instructions to ensure the sample is collected correctly:

For the test requested by your doctor, you need to collect a 24-hour urine sample. This sample includes all urine collected over a full day and night.

Use specific containers. You can buy them at a pharmacy.

The first urine of the morning after getting up, between 7:00 and 8:00 am, should not be collected. From that moment onwards, you must collect all urine passed during the day and night, including the first urine of the following morning after getting up.

The sample must be kept in the refrigerator throughout the collection period.

It should be delivered to the laboratory as soon as possible.

The user is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of the personal data being processed and for preventing their disclosure or unauthorised access. The User Administrator designated by Bio-Centre must assign each user a Username, which is personal and non-transferable. Each user shall be responsible for the privacy of their access password, making as many password changes as they deem necessary to ensure such privacy.

Neither BIO-CENTRE, as the system operator, nor DAS, S.L., as the system developer and implementer, shall be held responsible for any misuse of the information resulting from incorrect use of the system by the user.

BIO-CENTRE is responsible for the proper management of users by appointing a User Administrator who correctly assigns permissions to each user who must have access to the system. BIO-CENTRE is also responsible for the proper management of the system, ensuring maximum security and privacy in the communication lines through which this service is accessible.

BIO-CENTRE, as the system operator, shall not be held responsible for any misuse of information obtained as a result of security breaches in the communication lines and following illegal decryption of the information.

DAS, S.L., as the system developer and implementer, provides a user management framework in accordance with current legal requirements; it offers an unlimited record of all consultation and modification activities relating to the data accessed through this service, which is stored within the data structure of the SilverlabNet system, and provides encryption of all communications (configurable).

DAS, S.L., as the system developer and implementer, shall not be held responsible for any misuse of information obtained as a result of security breaches in the communication lines in cases where the information is transmitted unencrypted.

In the event of detecting any abnormal operation of the system, the user must notify BIO-CENTRE, which will report it to the Incident Assistance Service (SAI), in order to assess its criticality and proceed with the appropriate corrective actions.
